Owners & Trainers Contact
Owners and Trainers with a horse running on the day are permitted to park in the Annual Badge Holders Car Park, which is located at the front of Premier Enclosure Entrance 1. There is a dedicated area on the left-hand side of Premier Entrance 1 for Owners and Trainers to collect badges and additional information.
If you are planning to come by train, we have a shuttle bus running at regular intervals between Newmarket Rail Station and the racecourse. Please contact Sara on 01638 675556 for further details.
We have dedicated blue badge parking in both the Premier and Public car parks. If you require assistance from your car, our car park attendants will be able to radio for the shuttle buggy which will take you to the point of entry.

The PASS system will be in operation for every race day, a PASS card will be required as proof of identification. We encourage you to allocate badges for your guests online using the PASS concierge service. If you do not have access to the PASS concierge service please contact Sara on 01638 675556 in advance to arrange admission badges for guests.
If your horse is declared to run you and/or your guests will be able to collect your Owners’ badges from the Owners and Trainers reception desk located at Premier Entrance 1.
If you are a sole owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to 6 complimentary admission badges and up to a further 10 admission badges at half the price of the standard charge.
If you are a dual or joint owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to 8 complimentary admission badges and up to a further 10 admission badges at half the price of the standard charge. Please contact Sara on 01638 675556 in advance to arrange admission badges for guests.
If you are the member of a syndicate, the group is entitled to 10 complimentary admission badges and up to a further 10 admission badges at half the price of the standard charge. Admission badges should be individually allocated to members by the Syndicate Manager and confirmed with the Sara Rose in advance of the raceday. Please contact Sara on 01638 675556.
A licenced trainer with a runner is entitled to 2 complimentary O&T badges. If you are leaving your tickets for guests please confirm the names with Sara Rose in advance - 01638 675556.
Jockeys who are riding at the meeting will be issued with two complimentary admission (Premier Enclosure) badges for their guests. If you are leaving your badges for guests please confirm the names with Sara Rose in advance. Jockeys badges must be collected from the Free Pass Office.
Please note that additional badges will not be for sale at Music Events and all children must be considered within your badge allocation.
ROA Badge Scheme
The ROA Badge Scheme will be in operation at the following fixtures:

Our exclusive Owners & Trainers bar is conveniently located on the first floor of the Millennium Grandstand. Enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee whilst watching the racing on screen or take the opportunity to witness the action from the reserved viewing area overlooking the winning post just outside the bar. The Owners and Trainers bar also provides easy access to the betting ring. Further viewing of the parade ring is available on level 1 and a seated viewing area is also accessible on Level 2 of the head on stand. We also offer a further facility, The Runners Lounge, which is also located on the on the first floor of the head on stand and can be accessed via the escalator next to the Bistro in the court yard, where we offer a complimentary light lunch plus tea and coffee, with a cash bar. Meal vouchers are issued at the Owners & Trainers reception desk upon arrival at the racecourse.
Please note there is no disabled access to the Runners Lounge on the Rowley Mile, please contact Sara Rose on 01638 675556 in advance so alternative dining arrangements can be made.
The exclusive Owners & Trainers bar is located at the end of the pre-parade ring nearest to the grandstands where we offer complimentary tea and coffee. Outside, there is a secluded seating area providing a stunning view of the pre-parade ring. Race viewing for Owners & Trainers is located in the Head On grandstand. In addition we serve a complimentary light meal including tea and coffee in the Runners Lounge which is located in the Paddock Pavilion overlooking the parade ring. Meal vouchers are issued at the Owners & Trainers reception desk upon arrival at the racecourse.
Newmarket operates a smart dress code (blue jeans, collarless shirts, shorts, trainers or unduly casual attire are not permitted in the Premier Enclosure and Parade Ring). This dress code will be enforced at all meetings including Adnams Newmarket Nights.

Stable staff can be accommodated within the hostel by prior arrangement with the Stable Manager.
