CAKE is thrilled to announce it’s 4th annual East of England Coaching and Mentoring Conference
The Coaching Conversation and CAKE Awards 2018
We are dedicated to supporting the region's businesses in developing a culture that motivates performance, increases employee engagement and profit. Year on year we bring together like-minded people, some who are already coaching on a regular basis, some who have yet to start, people who would like to introduce a coaching culture for workforce development, organisation performance and productivity, career coaches and anyone who has a passion for coaching.
The theme for this year is ‘Closing the Development Gap’ exploring how coaching and mentoring bridge the gap between informal learning, formal training and performance at work.
During our full programme, we’ll be running two streams of workshops and case studies, so whether you are a practicing coach or a business leader, you will come away with innovative techniques, tools and strategies for closing the gap.
Early Bird Tickets £95.00 + VAT
General Ticket £125.00 + VAT
